At Zwerg Nase, love and support find a safe haven.

Zwerg Nase is a place of love and support for children with special medical needs. Since 2005, the facility in Wiesbaden has offered a loving environment that relieves families and gives young residents space to thrive.

Special areas like 'Robin' for children requiring ventilation and the hospice for young adults in Neuro Phase F create inspiring spaces tailored to individual needs. Zwerg Nase combines medical care with compassion, solidarity, and hope.

All our children are immobile – they become mobile when we make them mobile. We are the eyes, ears, and hands of these children and shape everyday life together with them to enable mobility.

Mobility and Independence for Young Heroes

The Zwerg Nase House is not just a place of care but a loving home for seriously ill children and young adults. The donated therapy bed gives children the opportunity to move safely and mobilize in bed and provides great relief for the caregivers. It promotes the independence of the children and helps to sustainably improve their quality of life — a central role in VITRONIC's mission to enhance mobility and quality of life.

Due to their severe diagnoses, the children require custom-made therapy beds. These must be accessible from both sides to enable quick action in emergencies. They must also be height-adjustable, allowing staff to work comfortably at an ergonomic height. The beds require special tubing arrangements for ventilated children, should create a comforting atmosphere, and of course, offer the highest safety.

Thanks to its barrier-free and innovative features, the donated therapy bed flexibly adapts to the individual needs of the children. It provides them with valuable moments of freedom, autonomy, and joy, which are often missing in daily life, and offers tangible relief for the caregiving staff.

Life needs more than just food and cleanliness – to make life colorful, Zwerg Nase always needs donations like these."

Together for a Better World

Our donation campaign is not just a gesture of support, but also an expression of the shared values of VITRONIC and Zwerg Nase. The new therapy bed is more than just technical equipment – it is a symbol of hope and the vision to make the world more livable through innovative solutions. For the little heroes of Zwerg Nase, it means freedom of movement and new possibilities in everyday life.

VITRONIC's Support for the Zwerg Nase House

Our connection to the children's hospice Zwerg Nase in Wiesbaden grows stronger every year. For four years, we have been actively involved in donation campaigns that promote the well-being and mobility of young residents. The dedicated caregivers and the loving staff on site have deeply impressed us – they create an atmosphere full of hope, courage, and security for the children and their families daily. Our donation, a modern therapy bed, provides additional mobility and well-being and underscores our commitment to making a positive contribution.

At VITRONIC, social responsibility is at the forefront. We are pleased to support Zwerg Nase and make a difference together for children and their families."
