Our Auto-ID solutions automate the returns processing. They capture all address labels as well as handwritten and machine-printed reasons for returns using OCR, create images of the returned items, and transfer all data accurately to your ERP systems. This automation enables up to 900 returns per hour and is around 5 times faster than manual processing. It also avoids errors, facilitates subsequent process checks, and automatically provides valuable customer knowledge for product range optimization.
